That creates a major situational advantage for Philadelphia, as the Blue Jays have struggled against left-handed pitching, dropping five of their last six games when facing a southpaw starter. Expect a desperate Phillies team to bounce back with authority and cover the runline.

With Arizona eager to rebound from Saturday’s tight 2-1 extra-inning loss, a result that pushed them to 10-5 against the runline as underdogs against left-handed startes, expect another tight game.

EARLY 12 PM ET BASES: Reds vs Nationals BOOKIE BREAKER

The Angle(s): The Washington Nationals have gained momentum again after claiming the first two games of the set, including an 8-2 victory on Saturday.

The Reds counter with right-hander Brady Singer (5-10, 4.67 ERA) who has struggled with consistency throughout the campaign. Facing a confident Washington lineup that has produced 16 total runs over the last two games, Singer faces a tough road test.
