At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Dallas Mavericks over the New Orleans Pelicans. The Mavs come into this game off 3 straight ATS losses, including a blowout loss at the hands of Denver, 118-99, last night. Meanwhile, the Pelicans are going in the opposite direction, with three straight ATS wins, including yesterday's 119-113 victory over Chicago. The knee-jerk reaction might be to play on the hot Pelicans and against the cold Mavericks. But we will run the other way and take Dallas, as the Mavericks are 168-109 ATS off a SU loss, when playing an opponent off a SU win. Take Dallas. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7 pm, on ESPN2, our selection is on the Kansas Jayhawks + the points over Iowa St.  The Jayhawks are 3-0 SU/ATS to start calendar year 2025 while Iowa State has won its last 11, and has covered the spread in its last four.  I like the underdog Jayhawks tonight, as they've gone 50-27 ATS vs. foes on a SU/ATS win streak of at least three games.  Additionally, Iowa State falls into a negative 31-85 ATS system of mine which fades the Cyclones off their upset win over Texas Tech.  Take the Jayhawks.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Chicago Bulls minus the points over the Atlanta Hawks.  In the last meeting between these teams, Atlanta roared back from a 21-point deficit to win, 141-133.  We'll take Chicago tonight, as Atlanta is an awful 18-35 ATS when playing a revenge-minded opponent, while the Bulls are 24-11 ATS as a revenge-minded favorite.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.
